Christmas Stockings

I have been a little busy with sewing projects here and there. I made Christmas stockings from fabric that I got at Quiltworks in Houston. Connie, the proprietor whom I met at Quilt Market in 2008 through my friend Deborah, gave me a handmade pattern, which I loved. It didn't come with instructions, but I managed to figure something out. I'll have to write down what I did before I forget.

What's next? Well, Hubby wants me to make curtains for our bedroom. That should be an adventure.

Love the gold at the cuff... especially with the red! Looks heavy and rich!

Ok... I just zoomed in on the stocking. I thought you had gold beading at the top! LOL!

I was saying to myself... huh? There is no bling on the stocking. I know you would love that, though! Thanks for your kind words!
